This is a standalone course that will give you the foundation to use Strategic Property Presentation in your business. To complete the full SPPS certification, you will need to complete the 202: Applied Home Preparation course, which can be purchased separately.
A separate course textbook is available for purchase for delivery to you upon arrival on the day of the course.

Is this a staging course?
This is not a staging décor course. This course is designed to train you on strategic listing preparation. In the 201: Strategic Home Preparation course, the focus is on strategy, buyer perception, and presentation standards. If you also choose to take the 202: Applied Home Preparation course, you will learn to apply the strategies of the first course in a hands-on studio setting.
Do I need staging experience?
No. Both courses (201 Strategy and 202 Applied) are designed for agents at all experience levels.
Is lunch included?
Yes — lunch, coffee and refreshments are provided in both courses.
Is the textbook required?
No, but the textbook is highly recommended as a learning support tool for both courses and a valuable post-course reference tool.
Can I attend the 202: Applied course if I miss the 201: Strategy course?
No. The 201: Strategic Home Preparation course is required to participate in the 202: Applied Home Preparation course.
