You will work directly with real accessories, textiles, décor pieces, and styling tools to practice the principles you learned in the 201 Strategy course — and you’ll receive live coaching, and professional feedback to refine your skills.
You will learn how to:

- Correct poor staging before photos
- Apply the Bigger • Brighter • Newer framework in real‑world scenarios
- Professional coaching and guidance throughout the day

- Optional: Strategic Property Presentation textbook (you can order below or purchase on-site)
On completion of the 201 Strategy and 202 Applied courses, you will receive your Strategic Property Presentation Specialist (SPPS) certification.
Lunch + coffee provided. All accessories, tools, and materials for hands‑on practice will be provided.
This course requires that you have completed the 201: Strategic Home Preparation Course.

On completion of the 201 Strategy and 202 Applied courses, you will receive your Strategic Property Presentation Specialist (SPPS) certification.

Is this a staging course?
This is not a staging décor course. This course is designed to train you on strategic listing preparation. In the 201: Strategic Home Preparation course, the focus is on strategy, buyer perception, and presentation standards. If you also choose to take the 202: Applied Home Preparation course, you will learn to apply the strategies of the first course in a hands-on studio setting.
Do I need staging experience?
No. Both courses (201 Strategy and 202 Applied) are designed for agents at all experience levels.
Is lunch included?
Yes — lunch, coffee and refreshments are provided in both courses.
Is the textbook required?
No, but the textbook is highly recommended as a learning support tool for both courses and a valuable post-course reference tool.
Can I attend the 202: Applied course if I miss the 201: Strategy course?
No. The 201: Strategic Home Preparation course is required to participate in the 202: Applied Home Preparation course.
