Is this a staging course?

This is not a staging décor course. This course is designed to train you on strategic listing preparation. In the 201: Strategic Home Preparation course, the focus is on strategy, buyer perception, and presentation standards. If you also choose to take the 202: Applied Home Preparation course, you will learn to apply the strategies of the first course in a hands-on studio setting.

Do I need staging experience?

No. Both courses (201 Strategy and 202 Applied) are designed for agents at all experience levels.

Which course is right for me?

Both courses are design for real estate agents who want to take control of their listings' presentation strategy.

201 Strategy is lecture-based course focused on you learning presentation strategy so you can better control the outcome of your property stagings. 

202 Applied is a hands-on course focused on teaching you practical mastery so you can, if you choose, stage slected properties yourself.

The 201 course is a prerequisite for the 202 course.

Can I attend the 202: Applied course if I miss the 201: Strategy course?

No. The 201: Strategic Home Preparation course is required to participate in the 202: Applied Home Preparation course.

What can I expect during the day?

Both courses are 6-hours from 10am to 4pm. Lunch, coffee and refreshments will be served, allowing time to share thoughts and questions with the other participants and the course leader.

The 201 Strategy course is lecture-based and you will be seated at tables of 3 or 4 in the Stage Right Academy classroom.

The 202 Applied course is a hands-on workshop in the Stage Right Academy Studio where you will experience using the tools, accessories, and techniques that elevate your listings' presentation.

What do I need to bring with me to the course?

For the 201 Strategy course, please bring:

  • A notebook or laptop
  • Optional: Strategic Property Presentation textbook (you can order beforehand or purchase on-site)

For the 202 Applied course, please bring:
 

  • A notebook or laptop
  • Comfortable clothing for hands‑on work
  • Your phone for photo exercises
  • Optional: Strategic Property Presentation textbook (you can order beforehand or purchase on-site)
Is the textbook required?

No, but the textbook is highly recommended as a learning support tool for both courses and a valuable post-course reference tool. 

The text book may be purchased beforehand or on-site.

Do you offer group pricing?

Yes — groups of 2 or more receive a 10% discount when booked together.

Can we certify our entire team?

Yes — brokerage cohorts and group pricing are available.

Can we host SPPS at our brokerage?
